Returns and Refund Policy

Eligibility for returns

You have 30 days from receiving your kit to start a return. We accept only unopened kits: unused, in the original packaging, with all tags intact. Kits that have been opened, unpacked, or fitted to a motorcycle cannot be returned.

Keep your order number or receipt — it is required for every return or replacement request.

How to start a return

Email sales@apexfairings.com within 30 days of receiving your kit. We aim to reply within 24–72 hours. Please send a photo of the unopened kit box first; once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.

Refunds and restocking fees

Refunds go back to the original payment method. A restocking fee applies to every return: $250 for standard orders and $350 for custom fairing kits. Please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund after the returned kit arrives. Some banks take longer to show the refund — if it has not appeared after 14 working days, contact your bank or card issuer.

Return shipping

You bear all return-shipping costs, including any international taxes and fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Use a trackable service and consider insurance for high-value kits, and return the kit in its original packaging.

Replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect kits

If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 30 days from receipt to request a replacement. Email your order number with clear photos of the issue, the packaging, and the shipping label. When we confirm the claim, we provide a full replacement kit at no additional charge. A single damaged part means we replace that part — not the whole order. Do not install, modify, or return anything before receiving our instructions.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately with your order number if you need to cancel. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement carry a $100 cancellation fee. Beyond 24 hours, the restocking fee applies: $250 for standard orders and $350 for custom orders. Once production of your made-to-order kit has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

What is not covered

We do not accept returns for color differences versus OEM paint — we do not guarantee an exact OEM paint match. Once a kit has been fitted, it is neither returnable nor replaceable. Heat or melting-related damage is not covered. To use our 100% fitment guarantee, have the kit installed by a professional motorcycle repair facility; we may ask for proof of installation during a claim.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply in your country or region. By purchasing from Apex Fairings, you agree to the terms of this policy.
